Residents of Shanghai got the surprise of their life when earlier this month a major new bridge collapsed, revealing its components to be mostly rubbish and not concrete! It's still unclear is this was intentional or due to the construction company trying to cut costs. They better hope it's not the second one, they kill people for stuff like that in China.
